On-Device Storage
The application is designed to work locally. The information you create in Leo Scene is stored on the Android device, and this local content is not automatically transmitted to the developer as part of the core workflow.
The following items may be held as local app content on your device:
- Monitors saved locally
- Scene sets
- Indicator states
- Blocker flags
- Short notes
- Saved snapshots, which act as local checkpoints
- Export history, where the export function has been used
- User settings and local preferences
Managing and Removing Local Entries
Individual entries can be deleted within the application. Removing all local content can be done through the Android device settings for the application, or by uninstalling Leo Scene, which removes the application and the local content held within it.
Deletions of this kind act on the device only. Material you have already exported or saved elsewhere is not affected and remains where you placed it.
Exporting Local Summaries
Leo Scene allows you to export summaries generated from the information held on the device. Exporting is optional and happens only when you choose to do so; nothing is exported automatically.
Once an export has been created, the resulting file remains wherever you choose to save, copy or send it. The company does not receive a copy of an exported file as part of the application's operation.
Local Content and Developer-Side Collection
The distinction that matters in this policy is between content held on your device and information received by the company. Everything you create or save in the application is stored locally, under your control, and the company does not receive that local content as part of the ordinary working of the application.
The company does not require personal identity information for the core workflow, and no account is needed to use the application. Local content is nevertheless whatever you choose to enter into it, and free-text entries may contain personal information if you decide to include it.
Where you contact the company directly, for example by email, the company receives your address and whatever your message contains. That correspondence is separate from the local content described above, and it is handled as direct correspondence between you and the company.
What the Application Does Not Include
Leo Scene does not include login or account registration, does not provide payment processing or subscriptions, and does not offer monetisation features.
Important Use Notice
Readiness assessments recorded in the application are based on the observations you enter. They are local and non-authoritative: they are not live feeds, and they do not constitute production approval or certification of any kind.
The application and the summaries it produces are intended as informational and practical aids. They do not constitute legal, financial, insurance or regulatory advice, and they are not a substitute for formal professional, production, regulatory, safety or certification processes.
How Long Local Data Is Kept
Local content remains on the device until you delete the individual entry, clear the application's local data through Android device settings, or uninstall the application. Exported files remain wherever you have chosen to save or send them, and are governed by wherever that is.
The company does not hold local app content on its own systems, and so does not apply a separate retention period to it.
Security
Local app content is kept within the application's own storage on the device and is not held on company servers. Protecting the device itself, for example through the screen lock you configure, remains with you.
You are also responsible for any exported material you save, send or store outside the application, and for the choices you make about where that material goes.
Your Rights in the UK and EEA
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you may have rights under applicable data protection legislation, such as rights of access, correction, deletion and restriction. Whether those rights are available in a particular case depends on the law and on whether personal data is being processed by the company.
Because Leo Scene is a local application, the information you create is normally held on your device and is not automatically transmitted to the developer. You can usually exercise practical control over that local content directly on the device, by deleting individual entries or by uninstalling the application.

Children's Privacy
Leo Scene is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. The company does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If such information is identified, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it or to address the situation.

This policy may be revised to reflect changes to the application, to the company's practices, or to applicable law. When that happens, the revision date shown at the top of this policy is updated. The current version is the one that applies.
